液壓控制技術實訓報告

3、(3) 防護裝置的材料采用鋼板或鑄造箱體，必須堅固可靠，保證造機器運行過程中不發生振動。便于開啟，便于機器的維護保養。防護罩內壁涂成紅色，最好裝電器聯鎖，使防護裝置開啟時機器停止運轉。（鍛壓機器的保護裝置要用鉸鏈安裝在設備的不轉動部位上。）
沖壓模具間隙調整方法
1、廢料本質上是所形成的孔的相反圖像。也就是位置相反的同一個零件。通過檢查廢料，可以判斷上下模間隙是否正確。如果間隙過大，廢料中會出現粗糙起伏的斷口和狹窄的亮區。間隙越大，斷口和亮區之間的角度越大。如果間隙過小，廢料將呈現小角度的斷口和寬的亮區。
2、一個理想的廢物應該有一個合理的塌陷角和一個均勻的亮帶。這樣，沖壓壓力可以保持在最小，并且可以形成幾乎沒有毛刺的整齊的圓孔。從這個角度來看，通過增加間隙來延長模具壽命，是以犧牲成品孔的質量為代價的。
3、油的量和上油的次數取決于被加工材料的條件。冷軋鋼板、耐腐蝕鋼板等不銹不銹材料要在模具中涂油。注油點為導向套、注油口、刀體與導向套的接觸面、下模等。使用輕質發動機機油。
4、在加工有鐵銹和氧化皮的物料時，鐵銹微粉會被吸入沖頭和導套之間，產生污垢，使沖頭不能在導套內自由滑動。在這種情況下，如果涂了油，鐵銹和水垢會更容易被弄臟。所以在沖壓這種材料的時候，反而要清洗油，每月分解一次，用汽(柴油)油清除沖頭和下模的污垢，重新組裝前再清洗一次。這樣，可以確保模具的良好潤滑性能。
